Enjoyed my stay at the Rainbow in Bulawayo! Super convenient location made exploring easy. Staff were so helpful, though the room could've used better care. A few hiccups with wifi and room amenities, but overall a solid experience. Would recommend!

Single traveler delight
Spent three nights at this place, and I gotta say, the staff were top notch, always ready to help. At the restaurant, I was amazed by how fresh and mouth-watering the food was. I still salivate thinking about that dinner.
It wasn't cheap but still within reason.

A good stay in Bulawayo
The hotel's central location made it easy to access local attractions. I particularly enjoyed the warm hospitality from the staff, who always greeted me with a smile and provided prompt service. Breakfast was a highlight with a spread that included freshly baked options.
Unfortunately, my room had limited amenities. There were two plugs but only one was functional with inconvenience while using the kettle and ironing. I found the room cleanliness could be improved, especially with attention to detail in the bathroom.

The parking situation felt sketchy at night!!! The room lacked a safe box for valuables!!! The shower cap and pad bag were inconsistently provided!!! Limited tea provisions. Noise from the mini fridge kept me up!!!

The rainbow in bulawayo is underwhelming. Flooding bathroom floors and cockroaches roaming freely? So charming, but i almost gave a good review until i discovered there's no safe for my valuables. I expected at least a complimentary gesture after all that chaos, but i guess that's too much to ask.
